Product Description

600kW Inverted Pantograph Charging Systems

New standards by advanced and patented drive system

Our product has an extremely high number of cycles (> 400,000 cycles). The system enables contacting within five seconds and ensures that there is no loss of contact during the loading process. The combination of spring and drive system guarantees a constant contact force over the entire working range of the pantograph during the loading process. A built-in fail-safe function automatically returns the pantograph to the rest position in the event of a power failure or fault.

Specification

300kW 600kW Electric Bus Pantograph Charging Station

Product Introduction for 600kW E-BUS Pantograph Charger

This series of 300kW 600kW fast charging pantographs integrates the main body of the charger and pantograph Electric Bus, which is more beautiful and generous. The charging system has three main functional modules, gun charging, bow charging, and return network inversion. It is suitable for setting up a fast-charging station at the beginning and end of the line.

Our ideal electric bus pantograph solution is equipped with a roof-mounted pantograph. This allows you to charge larger fleets of electric buses overnight in a range of 50-150 kW per vehicle and during the day with 150 kW up to 600 kW for opportunity charging.

Unique Features of Split Type Pantograph Charging System

A. Large Current Output Mode
PLC carrier communication is adopted to realize accurate positioning and data interaction during charging between the bus and pantograph, which has greatly improved the charging security and charging connection errors have been prevented also.
The stability of PLC carrier communication is relatively higher and meets ISO15118 standard.
The maximum output current can reach 800A, aiming to satisfy fast charging of bus systems and commuter systems.
B. "Power + Charging" Split Structure Design
Split structure design concept is adopted to separate the power part and the charging interface, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
The charging interface adopts schunk brand which is imported from Germany and charging stability has been ensured by good electrical components.
Fluid mechanics structural design makes the pantograph appearance beautiful and generous, and the steel frame design has ensured the pantograph is safe and reliable.
C. Safe Control Mode
Equipped with extensive safety mechanisms: output/input overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, abnormal frequency, output overflow voltage, short circuit, emergency stop, access control, leakage current, lightning surge protection functions, and hot insertion and extraction functions to ensure safe charging.
D. Comprehensive Charging Solutions
The charging interface of both falling type and rising type could be provided, and the input mode of AC input and DC input could be selected by the customer.
Able to supply a comprehensive solution for the pantograph system and the electric bus.
