EV Charging Cable TESLA NACS Gun Features
Product Introduction
350A NACS Charging Cable is Tesla’s previously proprietary direct current (DC) fast charging connector standard—formerly known simply as the “Tesla charging connector.” It has been used with Tesla cars since 2012 and the connector design became available to other manufacturers in 2022. It was designed for Tesla’s 400-volt battery architecture and is much smaller than other DC fast charging connectors. The 350A NACS connector is used with Tesla superchargers, which currently charge at a rate of up to 350kW.
Physical Design
The 350A TESLA NACS Gun complies with the standard of NACS. It is used with superchargers charging at rates up to 350kW.
Ultrasonic Welding Technology
This technology ensures EV resistance tends toward zero during charging, significantly reducing heat during DC charging sessions.
Voltage Rating
Available in 80A, 125A, 200A, 250A, and 350A. It supports up to 1,000-volt DC, ideal for efficient and fast vehicle charging.
Quality Assurance
Tesla EV Plugs withstand more than 10,000 plugging cycles, ensuring long-term safety, durability, and reduced maintenance costs.
Safety Features
Includes overvoltage, overcurrent, and short circuit protection, ground fault detection, and real-time temperature monitoring.
OEM & ODM Support
Supports logo customization and full appearance or function customization with professional technical support.
