The 600A CHAOJI Gun complies with IEC PAS 63454 ED1. It features separate pins for different modes, ensuring full compatibility with DC Charging Plugs.
Utilizing ultrasonic welding between the conductive terminal and cable, the contact resistance is reduced to nearly zero. This minimizes heat generation during high-power DC charging and extends the product's service life.
With a 1,000-volt DC maximum rating, the Chaoji connector is optimized for ultra-fast charging. It supports 500A and 600A currents, significantly reducing waiting times at charging stations for all vehicle types, from compact cars to heavy trucks and buses.
Equipped with short circuit protection, ground fault detection, and integrated temperature sensors, the charging process is monitored constantly. The connector is rated for over 10,000 plugging cycles, ensuring durability and reducing long-term maintenance costs for charging operators.
