The 200A 250A 300A CCS2 Gun is an EV connector complying with the IEC62196 standard. Compatible with both AC and DC charging using separate dedicated pins for each mode.
This technology ensures the resistance of the EV connection tends to zero during charging, significantly reducing heat generation during high-current DC sessions.
With a 1,000-volt DC maximum rating, these connectors are ideal for ultra-fast charging. Safety features include short circuit protection, ground fault detection, and real-time temperature monitoring to protect against overvoltage and overcurrent.
Supports simple logo customization as well as full function and appearance design. Professional sales and technical personnel provide docking for brand agency requirements.
The liquid-cooled 500A CCS2 charging cable utilizes a dedicated circulation channel. It is a 1000V DC 500A system suitable for high-power electric vehicle infrastructure.
Step 1: Validation - Check if the charging cable and the vehicle's port comply with the 500A CCS2 standard and are free of debris.
Step 2: Connect Cooling - Ensure the liquid-cooled cable is properly connected to the charging station's cooling device (pump). Verify the fluid connector is sealed to prevent leaks.
Step 3: Locate Port - Find the CCS2 combo port on your vehicle. The DC interface consists of the two large pins at the bottom.
Step 4: Insertion - Remove the protective cover and firmly insert the connector until fully engaged.
